NOT a reputable business. Kelly doesn't honor their pre-scheduled appointments, and their office and shop staff do not seem to have their heads into their jobs. My impression was that they really don't care about putting quality and effort into their work, which is what anyone would want where their car is concerned. If you're looking for a half-hearted job, there are plenty of other places...
