Brittany went the extra mile and found us a comparable alternative when the brown hexagon tile we picked out in the store couldn't be delivered by deadline due to Covid delays in shipping. She searched and found this one pictured below, and we corresponded by email to save us a trip back to the store. The installer had no issues installing the tile. We had a great experience finding these beautiful decorative shower floor tiles, and we are very happy with the results in both showers.
Excellent tile store and very good price
I renovated my master bath in October 2022 and purchased my tile from the Tile Center. The absolute best experience and price. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm renovating another bathroom and will definitely use this company again.
Incredible customer service here! Esther helped me pick out the tile for our kitchen update and guided me towards the perfect choice. My purchase was a small purchase as kitchen renovations go, yet they treated me like I was redoing my entire home and spending ten times the money. So impressive in this day and age. I went in this store today to get some ideas for the home we are building. I told the staff that was working that I live 5 hours away but this did not hinder them from going out of their way to help me despite the possibility that I may not purchase anything from them due to the distance. Their service had made me want to try to purchase from them despite the distance and I will try. Thank you!
