Great experience using SouthPaw to replace my old roof. I did some research and found these folks had all good reviews. I called on a Monday and on Friday they started working on the roof and finished Saturday. They also did a great job cleaning up on both days. Robbie their ops director did a walk through on Sunday with me and noticed a few issues and they followed up on that Tuesday and fixed everything, no hassles. Josh their sales person is a super nice guy, easy to work with.
I highly recommend Josh and Southpaw Roofing! From start to finish, Josh was professional, responsive, and extremely timely. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and explained everything in detail. His pricing is very fair. What really stood out to me was his respect for both our property and us as homeowners—he treated our home with care. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy. We had 3 roof inspections, one physical by builder and 2 visuals by Professional Engineers. One of the PEs question nail-spacing of the shingles. We needed a qualified 3rd-party to confirm the roof had been installed properly. Based on an exceptional recommendation, we reached out to Southpaw Roofing. They responded in 2 days, completed a physical inspection, and provided a written report the same day as the inspection.
