I had great experience working with this company. They were able to work with me on getting a last-minute suit on the same day of the wedding. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Just a really smooth and phenomenal process, and the staff was amazing to work with. I Highly highly recommend this company for all your formal attire needs.
I found myself at Simons after a terrible experience with another shop. But, they exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional customer service and meeting all my needs for my wedding attire. They went above and beyond by dressing the mannequin to display what my groomsmen would look like. I was impressed by their attentiveness and ability to create a comfortable environment for me. It's amazing how a positive experience can turn a bad situation around.
If you are in need of a rental this is the place to go. This is my second time working with them. The first time I was in a wedding and they took care of me. This time it’s my wedding. They are very professional and have the best customer service. They will go above and beyond to make sure things are right. Had a wedding to go to and wanted to pop out in something fresh and new. They took that and made it their mission to bring that vision out of my head and turn it into a reality. Which they did, fabulously and happily. I really appreciated them making me feel like my “problem” is their own and also their willingness to help me solve it.
