Absolute best customer service! Sig Cox had a technician, Will, out within an hour of our call on a Tuesday. He was very friendly and gave us options of replacing parts or the entire unit, and we decided on a new Carrier. Doug called that day with pricing, checked availability of the unit in warehouse and scheduled for installation on Friday. I received a text message before the technician arrived. They gave me a two-hour window, which was nice. Today’s service was general maintenance. James was our service technician. He was polite, well-mannered person who did his job and fixed a minor problem.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. He took the time to explain the issue and how he was going to resolve it. The service was efficient, and I have AC again. Had a great experience with Sig Cox from start to finish. They came out for normal service (Cory was the technician) and discovered I had a problem in 23 year old furnace. Cory worked really hard and was great to work with. I was given several options and ended up going with full replacement. Matt and Josh my installers did a fantastic job from start to finish, very polite and hard working. Would highly recommend Sig Cox for any heating and air needs.
We contacted several HVAC companies in the area to replace our A/C unit and after extensive research we ended up going with Sig Cox, through Costco. The Sig Cox unit was the highest quality, the price was the best, and the service was outstanding. James and Josh did a fantastic job on the installation, and Abby was THE BEST to work with on all the purchase details. We're very happy with our decision to go with Sig Cox.
