Greg is an incredible, kind, and generous man. He truly is the best in the business. It didn't matter that we didn't have the biggest of budgets; I always felt like his most important client. We decided to work with Greg because it seemed he was connected with almost everyone in town, but we regret that decision tremendously. Beware of Greg, he is two-faced and will lie about anything as long as it benefits him financially. He is unethical and a poor communicator. He does not care about you as a client at all. He works for himself, not for you even though you are the client.
Greg Oldham and his team are simply the best. They make things look easy that other Realtors struggle with. Greg and his team had one job and that was to not have us pay two mortgage payments in the month of November. Their job was accomplished within days of our house listing. Not only did we get a full price offer for our home but the closing was just in time that we did not have to make another mortgage payment on the property in November.
