In 2007, we expanded to include all individuals and families within Bryan, Bulloch, Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty Counties, as well as Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. At GeoVista, you are never just another customer, you are a member who has a say in everything we do. That's because credit unions are different from banks. Members are literally the owners of the credit union.

Been with this bank since 2001. We've always had amazing service. But the last week has been hell. They decided to "update" their online and app service and in the process locked us and a lot of other clients out of their accounts. That's fine as long as you can go into a branch. We however live out of state. And have had ZERO access to our account for over a week. We've not been able to reach them via phone or chat. They haven't returned the many messages we've left. I called Geovista Credit Union this morning with questions about their loan options, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Brittany. She was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. From the beginning of the call, she provided excellent customer service without rushing me. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support throughout the process!
About to file a lawsuit against this institution. Fraud has been committed against my account. I contacted the bank to discuss and dispute charges and the agent that was helping hung up on me once she verified my account using my social. Which leaves me to believe that she may be the individual who has been stealing money from my account!!! I've banking with this bank for what's going on 2 years now. I picked them up just before moving to TN. Over the past 2 years I've had a bit of trouble with them. But nothing like this past week of Feb 3-7. I've been calling nearly everyday this past week for a few things I've need, one is my account number so I can verify with the VA this way I can change where they deposit the money into so I can finalize leaving geovista. Have called multiple locations for different reasons and have not been able to reach a real person at all. Have tried to have them call me back, havent heard anything. Waited so long on the phone it automatically gave me their voicemail. Ive only banked with them for less than a month and Im immediately changing. If I had an emergency I would be screwed. Clearly they are severely understaffed or don't care about getting back to their members. Would not recommend, banking anywhere else would be better.
