Tried diablos a little while ago and got hooked. The burritos are good and I like how my order comes with chips. The line moves decently quick, but the workers don’t seem to motivated to be at work and it kinds kills the mood if I come in all high spirited. Besides this small caveat, great place.
My kids absolutely love this place. The fact you get to make your own bowl is awesome. No fishing out ingredients you really don't want or avoiding dishes all together due to food allergies. It's a bit loud in here when crowded but the food makes up for the noise. The staff is always kind and helpful!!
My family and I were very impressed recently with the food quality, but even more so this visit with the staff. I called a gentleman (named John) whom I could’ve sworn was the manager over to my table to thank him for being very professional and polite to my wife and daughters. He informed me that he wasn’t the manager, was regular staff and was just happy to be doing his job. Diablo’s is similar to Chipotle, Qdoba, and Costa Vida. In relation to the other chain restaurants mentioned, this location has a better seating/dinning area by far. It is more update/modern and sleek. Plus they have their own house soda. I highly recommend the “Wicked Cherry”. This is one of the best tasting cherry cokes I have had. This location offers military discount! If you are in the mood for tacos, burrito bowls or some nachos, this is a great venue to get in, get it, and get back to your day! Highly recommend!
Had family visiting from out of town who requested to go here since they had enjoyed it last visit. What a disappointment! This was the least portions ever put into bowls and on burritos. Customers ahead and behind us were complaining about portions being so stingy. Diablos is a go to any time we go out to eat. I hope this was a one time thing.
