We have had both A/C units replaced and thermostats replaced by this company. The customer service provided was outstanding! As you can see from the photo, they do what it takes to get the job done! So much that we only use them for our annual maintenance on our heat and a/c units!
Connells is always a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the great customer service over the years from scheduling appointments with Angela, to the prompt service from Matt and others on the team. All team members are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had our system installed in 2018 and trust them to check it out annually before summer weather hits. We highly recommend Connells.

Matt was on time & diagnosed my problem immediately! He was able to correct the problem on the spot & my house is cool again! He is professional & clearly very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend!
Highest price of three bidders on major work last month. Seemed to blame me for using another company for routine maintenance instead of working with me as the customer I was trying to be since I had bought the unit from them in 2019.
