We have been living in our home nearly 6 years, this week the drains back up all of them!! Budget asked me how long it had been since the septic had been pumped after talking to the previous owner I knew to tell them 30 years!! The guys came out Wednesday we couldn't get the problem fixed then because we discovered half of our Septic is covered by our porch and a huge bush was over the exposed part my husband got that taken care of!! Made a two appointments with them through their answering service. Both times they said a technician would reach out. Waited by my phone for a call. No one ever did

A very pleasant staff when calling. They called ahead and arrived within the appointment time. The young men were professional, personable, & knowledgeable. I was impressed with their work from start to finish. We recommend them for residential septic needs and will be using them again for septic maintenance in the future. I had to make an emergency call for a rental property with drain issues. Logan contacted me via phone and was at my property within 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very personable. This was the first time I had used Budget Sewer, but thanks to Logan, I will be a repeat customer. I have nothing to say but positive comments with my experience.
