I called Anderson heating and air yesterday (8/21/24) late in the afternoon because my master bedroom was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of my house. Brian tabor was at my door at 8:30am the next day (8/22/24). He didn’t try to upcharge me anything just told me exactly what my issues were, showed me pictures to help me understand, and fixed it all on the spot. I really like Anderson. I had to call last fall for someone to come and help me get the heating to work. They came right out and fixed the problem and the cost was reasonable. I signed up that day for the maintenance plan. The technician came out Friday to do my spring maintenance. She explained everything that she did along with pictures to show me how everything looked. She did a wonderful job! I will recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling to others.Mandy was my technician and she was wonderful!
Excellent service!! My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days so far this summer. And on a Friday afternoon to boot. Everyone I called couldn't make it til Monday or Tuesday. They came out within a couple of hours and had me up and running with a quickness. Thank you guys for everything! Would have been a miserable next few days if it wasn't for you. Would definitely recommend 👌
Anderson heating and cooling was amazing!! We called them Saturday night after midnight when we found our AC had stopped working. They set us up for an appointment, got here before 10:00 am the next day and got it fixed in under an hour. I cant recommend them enough.
The BEST company to work with! We have had multiple issues with our system and Anderson comes quickly, explains everything in great detail, and the pricing is very fair and affordable. We will be replacing our system with them soon as there is no other company we would trust more! Highly recommend:)
