So interestingly enough, I had a service plan with these people. They came did the work and said everything was good. A month later, I had to "replace my entire unit" which cost $10K. Not sure how you can "service" something and it break soon after. I do not recommend this company as I'm also a landlord and it seems they take advantage of us because we're not there. Afterall, tenants must have heat and AC.
They are not honest people! I paid to have my HVAC cleaned and then had to have someone come out to replace / redo something they installed wrong when I first got the unit. at that time the person fixing what they installed wrong took a look at my filters inside the unit that Anderson supposedly cleaned 2 weeks before during the maintenance and took a picture for me. I was shocked because it was filthy! they never did the whole cleaning but charged me for it! NEVER use these guys!
On July 18, 2021 my tenant called me stating that the HVAC, stopped working. I made an appointment with them to come the next day, Monday. Daniel R***** came out and replaced the circuit board and the capacitor. I paid $774.17. The unit stopped again two days later, Wednesday. I called back, they sent Daniel J***** out that same day.
