I called the day before to get a quote on insurance. Call was answered by Crystal she answered courteous and professionally. She told me she would give me a call back because she had a customer in front of her. Never received a callback so I followed up this morning another woman answered the phone with an attitude and asked rudely what are you calling for. I said you have a nice day and ended the call. How she handled me as a potential customer is a no go. I will find business elsewhere. No thanks.
The lady at the Grovetown location, Crystal, always answers and resolves any issues I have very promptly. She’s a great help with our car insurances. If I ever have any questions, Crystal is the one I go to at Affordable Insurance in Grovetown.
