Hey, I just got off the phone with Mrs. Tanisha highly professional. Got my got. My policy done was able to adjust my price get. Full coverage on everything I need. Ed, this is the place to go while they got her hired. You should be getting with these guys because she has a way of making you feel great about your day. God bless you, miss Tanisha.
They billed me 20$ extra after stating that I get a 10 day grace period on late payments I was a single day past due and they billed me for it mind yall I always pay a day ahead of time also you can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone when they are closed and there website doesn’t even allow you to pay for your insurance there you’ve gotta go to a whole different website that they don’t mention on there but they do have good prices just sucky everything else.
Luv the service, she explained my options & benefits for everything. It wasn't crowded, so thts always a thing. I found out, if u need commercial coverage, THIS is the location u HV to come to, so thts a helpful hand for anyone who needs it 😉. They're open frm 9 a.m-5 p.m. (closed 12 p.m -1 p.m. for lunch).
